Looking for a certified halal restorans in Bali can be challenging. We ordered 2 sets of nasi timbel komplit chicken served in a basket set, fried flying gurame fish, gado gado and the sambal merah & ijo. The food was an absolute divine and my hubby actually asked for extra nasi timbel. We ate the rice in a quaint basket. We were too hungry and too busy eating that we forgot to take pictures but the pictures on their website are true to the last details. There is also a mussollah where the muslims can pray. We highly recommended this place.

Perfect! Tasty, happy tummy, well you’re welcome. Please visit this homey Sundanese restaurant because of their F&B quality. It’s also affordable for local tourist. Try their signature nasi timbel package, it’s worth the price, less than USD5. Sure will come back again.

My friend and I visited Pawon Pasundan for lunch, after placing order for kueh lapis at a nearby bakery. After looking at the menu, we decided to have the rice sets like Nasi Timbel Komplit, along with Gurame Bakar Kecap. And the food turned out to be not bad and authentic. As for the service and ambience, I would say that it was faster than the usual restaurants in Bali and the place was pretty spacious and airy, despite being without air conditioning. I would love to visit it myself on my next trip to Bali !!

The food here is good!!! I am glad that I had chose to dine here.. beautiful and peaceful setting of the restaurant, being affected by the warmness of their waiters, we decided to give it a try. When the foods arrived, we were quite impressed by the way they presented their foods in an authentic and traditional way. All the foods that we ordered tasted amazing! We could taste the freshness in their ingredients. If you like spicy food, you will definitely love their traditional chili paste!

The Gurame Goreng is just amazing! Somebody needs to start a fan club for this dish! Super crispy but tender on the inside.. With the sambel kecap and piping hot nasi timbel.. This is heaven on earth!

Just order the rice set (which contained a roll of rice, a tamarind soup, a small piece of chicken, a piece of deep fried soya bean curd, a piece of tenpeh, some raw veggies) and a flying gurame and it will be enough to satisfy you!

I walk a lot and stumbled across this restaurant by chance. Tucked away in Jin Kediri No 2 it is a lovely restaurant and I celebrated my birthday here. The food is amazing Indonesian food with some wonderful food baskets. You can BYO wine (20,000 rupiah corkage. This was probably the best meal we had in Bali. Prices, amazingly good value. A beautiful water feature and garden can be seen from your table, lovely ambiance. Cost for 4 adults, 1 BYO wine, 2 large beers and lots of food was around A$36.00 (369,000 rupiah) You must visit this restaurant at least once on your next visit Bookings are essential

Me & my partner purposely ask our driver to bring us to this restaurant for the dish “flying gurame” aka flying fish. The taste is very good. Very good environment & fast service. Highly recommended. Tips: Sit outside those small hut which has better air flow

The food is well priced for the quality. My favorite would be their fried chicken, fyling gurame, tofu, nasi timbel and their signature dessert dish, Es Puter Kopyor. I sat in the bale, comfortable seating and great for couples or families. Had a great time! A must visit. However, it would have been tastier if they actually grilled the food from scratch instead of pre-frying for quickness and then grilling it after.
